Terms of Service

Online galleries remain active for 6 months from the delivery date. Clients are responsible for downloading and properly backing up all images before the gallery expiration date.

The Photographer is not responsible for storing or archiving images beyond 6 months after delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted.

Reactivation of an expired gallery or retrieval of archived images, if available, may require an additional fee.

All images are delivered fully edited in the Photographer’s consistent style. RAW or unedited files will not be provided.
